NBC is expected to announce that 30 Rock will receive a 7th and final season on Monday. The season will be a half season and it seems this agreement was reached with Tina Fey’s wishes in mind. I’ll take a 13 episode final season, especially if that is what Tina preferred. Next season will indeed be bittersweet, because it’ll also be the last for my other favorite show. When 30 ROCK is over, I know I’ll be watching my dvds and syndication.

It’s still unconfirmed, but I’m hoping it turns out to be true. With the ratings being low, and ever-declining, I’ll be happy to know that they have an end date agreed, so that this show won’t join the ranks of many that have disappeared without any resolution at the end.

i just hope they get the EPs out in the Autumn /winter time, as im sure this years ratings didnt help with the start in mid january.
