That’s right 30 Rock airs 2 all new episodes this evening.  First 6.03 – Idiots Are People Three airs at 8:00/7:00 central then 6.04 – The Ballad of Kenneth Parcell airs after a new Parks and Rec at 9:00/8:00 central.  Tune in for both!!!

Tina talks about Alec and Words with Friends:

WGN American has done a great job promoting 30 Rock in syndication.   They put together a series of videos staring 30 Rock writer Tracey Wigfield.  In the video below she chats with fans about their favorite Liz Lemon moments.  Some video  clips are of course in order.   In this video she works with chef Robert Bishop to recreate the Buffalo chicken shakes Liz is excited for.  Enjoy the videos and keep watching 30 Rock in syndication!
