Likes: Grizz is fascinated with telecommunications and also enjoys dealing with money, since he is in fact Tracy’s money manager. He also enjoys expressing his emotions and always has an observation to go along with them. Secretly, he may have a crush on Liz Lemon. There is more evidence to that than you would think! But if his secret crush doesn’t amount to anything, he always has speed dating with Kenneth to fall back on.

Dislikes: Grizz has a very good sense of right and wrong and therefore doesn’t like lying to Tracy, even if it makes Tracy happy (like letting him win at Halo).
