Countdown Post - #10

March 11, 2008

#7 - In “Hardball” Josh’s agent wants to “skip the foreplay and go right to the penetrish.” At the end of the episode we find out he has a really bad sex addiction.

#6 - At the alcohol bracelet monitoring station the other names on the map are L. Lohan and C. Bacca. Standing for Lindsay Lohan and Chewbacca. I didn’t know Chewbacca had a drinking problem…

#5 - In “The Baby Show”Jack eats half of Kenneth’s sandwich and steals the rest while talking to him. One episode later in “The Rural Juror” Tracy steals Kenneth’s sandwich when he’s struck with the inspiration for the Tracy Jordan Meat Machine.

#4 - I posted this one back on our first post but nobody read that then so I can repeat it here right? Anyways The first line of the entire series is when Liz says “Excuse me Buddy, there’s a line.” The second line: “There’s two lines.”

#3 - Muffin Top (or a techno remix there of) can be heard playing in the gay club Frank visits in “Cougars.” Werewolf Bar Mitzvah is playing in the back ground of Kenneth’s Halloween Party that Liz attended. (There’s also a NBC logo on Kenneth’s costume.)

#2 - In “The Head and the Hair” Liz warns the Head that she has an uncle who is a cop. The Head replies “We all have and uncle who’s a cop.” Turns out they’re related.

And the #1 Thing you might have missed…

#1 - MOONVEST! That’s right we all know Moonvest is asking for people’s fingernails in “The Head and The Hair.” But he can also be seen listening to Joy Behar give her Vagina Day Monologue in the “Up All Night.” But wait. He makes a 3rd appearance in “Cougars” stealing food from a wedding. Way to go Moonvest! You rock!

So there you have it. Obviously there’s a lot more, but we could only post 10. Feel free to leave your favorites we omitted in the comments for everyone else! It’s gonna be a long 30 days, but we’ll survive together!

  1. divinemadness Says:

Moon Vest ALSO makes a brief appearance in the pilot! Liz hands him a hot dog and he throws it! Even moon vest doesn’t want her random free wiener!

  2. Sherri Says:

I second the notion that this blog is getting very addictive.

    To Midnight Train:
My favourite part of “The Cleve” is that when Raheem mentions it after all the big cities, his friend looked extremely confused. His expression always cracks me up.

  3. Kiss me, Grizz! Says:

I’m being a total PCB junkie right now, but I noticed another:

At the end of Ludachristmas, Tracy’s Christmas song, previously mentioned in ‘The Head and the Hair ‘ plays over the credits (”Imagine Christmas wishes shooting out of your eyes!”).

  4. Kiss me, Grizz! Says:

When Jack sees CC on MSNBC for the first time, the news stories at the bottom read:

“Mysterious visitor from the future wins lottery again”
“Anne Heche leaves husband for pony”
“Wolf Blitzer injured in wolf blitz”
“News crawl affected by writers strike”
“Using repeat text from previous season”

  5. Moonvest Says:

Wow, so many more than we found, but thanks guys! Now I have even more of a reason to rewatch all the ep’s

  6. Jamie Says:

Beth is the Liz Lemon look-a-like in “Cougars” and in “Episode 209″ Grizz walks into Liz’s office and says “Not great Beth,” After Liz asks how court was.

  7. Tina Says:

or in the rural juror josh finds that liz’s computer has searches for scalp pain and in the amazing race episode she’s excited for the package at her door because she thinks its her medicated shampoo. great show!

  8. Everything is the Worst Says:

Thank you thank you thank you for making this site.

  9. Midnight Train Says:

One of the ones I caught was when Raheem was listing off the places he visited for his Amazing Race video, he slips “The Cleve” in there. I like how they call that stuff back.

  10. Laura Says:

Other names on the alcohol monitoring screen include: M. Lohan, D. Lohan (Lindsay’s parents?) and M. Rodrigues who appears to be in Hawaii. Bwah!

    Love the site.
