   I maybe have bever seen Tina Fey behind the scenes of 30 Rock, but she’s got headphones on and is in the sweet spot right behind the monitor in the second to last picture. She isn’t directing, is she? Is that also the creator’s spot and look? I have no idea.

   Jasper Buckleman, I don’t know if Tina is directing, but she could also be attending to her duties as a producer/showrunner–you know, those control freaks/geniuses responsible for every minute of the final product.
