It is such an honor to be nominated among these amazing ladies: America, Christina, Mary Louise – break a leg tonight on Broadway – Tracey Ullman, I had your album memorized and I will listen to it on a giant Walkman, every day. I am an amazing huge fan of yours. I want to thank my daughter, Alice, for being the funniest person in my family; for coining phrases like, “I want to go to there.” And—[laughter]—and sometimes just putting on pretend makeup in the mirror. And she’ll turn to me and say, “I look like Barack Obama.” [laughter] She has somehow gotten it in her head that it’s a good thing to resemble a famous politician. I don’t know where she got that idea. [laughter] But it kind of is a little stroke of luck if it happens. Jane Krakowski’s Acceptance Speech “Thank you. Tracy Morgan and I had an agreement that if the Arizona Cardinals made it into the Super Bowl, I would be speaking for the show from now on. [laughter] We’d like to thank everyone in the Screen Actors Guild for voting for us. We would like to thank our friends at “The Office” for their generous lead-in every week. Thank you so much, everyone. And we thank all of our friends in Long Island City. [applause] Alec Baldwin’s Acceptance Speech: “Thank you, and congratulations to all the other nominees. What I love about these shows is you get to see people you don’t see that often anymore. Everybody gets older and had kids and has families, and it’s so nice to be able to see some old friends. And I don’t know who I want to make out with more tonight, Tony Hopkins or Diane Lane – I can’t decide. ‘Cause Tony looks so good. [laughter] He looks fantastic. And thanks to Lorne and to NBC, to Jeff Zucker. And thank you to Tina Fey and all the writers. And thank you all; this really means a lot to me. Thank you very much to all the members of the Screen Actors Guild. Thank you. [applause]” Tracy Morgan on the Red Carpet: “I just saw James Earl Jones, my biological father! When he was Darth Vader and all that on set, I was there! And I want to thank Alice for her patience. And some day she’ll be old enough to watch “30 Rock” reruns on the Internet, and understand where mommy was going at 6 a.m. every day, for all that time. And she’ll look up at me and say, “What do you mean you don’t get residuals for this?” [laughter]
I love you, Alice. Take care of me when I’m old and broke! Thank you. [applause]”
A great ensemble is – should be better than the sum of its parts, and that is definitely the case here, because some of these people are just weirdos that we picked up off the street – Jack McBrayer. [laughter] We’ve all been lucky enough to be a part of great ensembles, on stage and on TV. And I was lucky enough to be a part of “Ally McBeal” for five years, but I can honestly say that this ensemble is a thousand times heavier. [pause, then laughter] ”
Anyway, the number one people I want to thank are the other members of the cast of my show, Jane Krakowski, and Judah Friedlander, and Jack McBrayer, and everyone; there’s a long list of people that I want to thank. All of the cast of the show, because we get to do this show – I get to do this show with a bunch of people – Tracy Morgan – I get to do this show with a bunch of people who are just the funniest, and sweetest people. We have a lovely family there.

I’m very happy that they took home the Ensemble Award! Now Tracy, Jane, and Jack get a little award love too. (And Judah, Keith, Scott, Katrina and the rest of them!)
Jon Hamm totally stole Tina’s “dozens of viewers” bit. Though since he’s coming on the show I’ll forgive him.
I loved Tina Speech. Hopefully it goes up online soon!

Jon Hamm has to be forgiven for stealing the “dozens of viewers” bit since he’s going to make Liz Lemon very happy for a few eppys! Tina always comes up with witty and funny acceptance speeches [since they will continue to win]! I’m glad she dedicated her award to Alice and how Alice influenced “I want to go to there” since I use that line everyday haha

Yay, I’m so happy for them, they deserve it!
Yeah, that’s Will Arnett! When the ensemble award was announced, Tina grabbed him as the cast got up and took him to the stage with everybody else!

YES! Go 30 Rock! Everyone in the cast is awesome so I’m glad they could take that award home!
I also thought it was very cool that Alec brought his daughter as his date considering all they’ve been through in the past. It’s nice to see that they’ve made up.
